SHS Service Cord Program 

Required Total Service Hours:  160

Sweeny High School is very excited to continue the Service Cord Program.  This program gives an opportunity to students to be recognized for their contributions to their community.  

Students must read the guidelines and fill out the Declaration of Intent to Serve Form.  This packet is available in Mrs. Byrd's classroom or at the counselor's office or may be printed from the above link.  Once this form is on file with Mrs. Byrd, students then may begin placing their earned service hours in their service hour folder in Mrs. Byrd's classroom.
